The same listing also contained a 90-count variant with a different price and availability state. Nutricost separately sells Organic Fiber Capsules and psyllium powders. Their labels, shells, serving counts and offers should not be substituted into this review. A smaller “from” price on a collection page may describe another size.

Three capsules are the label serving

The 500-count facts image states three capsules per serving, 1,500mg psyllium husk powder and 1g dietary fiber. It does not separately quantify soluble fiber in the panel we read. The front's 500mg claim describes psyllium ingredient mass per capsule, not 500mg of declared dietary fiber.

Those distinctions are preserved in the amount translator. Converting 1,500mg to 1.5g changes the unit, not the meaning. It does not turn all of that ingredient mass into dietary fiber. Dividing the declared 1g fiber across three capsules is approximate label arithmetic, not an assay of the contents of each capsule.

The image prints 167 servings per container. With a stated count of 500 and a three-capsule serving, simple division gives 166 complete groups with two capsules left. We retain the manufacturer's printed count while explaining the rounding issue; we do not invent a 501st capsule or call the bottle a guaranteed 167-day supply. The facts image lists a hypromellose cellulose capsule and rice flour as other ingredients.
