Fiber capsule prices: compare the order before the monthly estimate

Keep count, label servings, delivery and recurring terms beside the advertised amount.

Inside this file

A low capsule price can look attractive before you know what is being counted. The amount might describe a starting monthly offer, a selected bottle, a subscription discount or a retailer listing without shipping. Comparing those as if they were complete invoices can produce a precise-looking answer to the wrong question.

This buying guide uses commercial records checked September 26, 2026. We did not complete orders, verify delivery to a particular address or authorize recurring purchases. The calculations below explain price labels and supply denominators; they do not recommend a daily dose or a product on the basis of cost alone.

Begin with the exact item

Write the product name, market, capsule count and selected size beside the price. A US 200-count bottle is not interchangeable with a regional 100-count listing. A calcium-added version, a powder or a gummy also should not enter a capsule comparison merely because it shares the brand name.

The Solgar review identifies its US 200-count product by UPC. The Metamucil review covers the Original US page with 100 count selected. Neither review establishes a current retail checkout total, so this guide does not fill those gaps with an unrelated seller’s price.

A starting monthly offer remains conditional

CoreAge’s Full House page advertises starting at $19 per month and describes 30 servings per bottle. The qualifier and billing unit matter. That record does not, by itself, establish a $19 one-time purchase or guarantee the same amount at renewal.

Ask what the selected order includes, whether the purchase recurs, when the next charge occurs and how changes or cancellation work. Taxes, delivery charges and order-specific conditions may affect the total. We did not establish these details through a completed checkout. The Full House review therefore keeps the price as a starting monthly statement.

General language elsewhere on a care platform can refer to prescription services or a broader program. It should not automatically be attached to a supplement order. Confirm that any advertised shipping or support benefit applies to the exact product and plan selected.

NOW provides a different kind of price record

The NOW manufacturer page retrieved through TinyFish displayed $18.99 with the 200-capsule selection and 66 facts servings. It also lists a larger 500-capsule option. The smaller selection’s price should not be assigned to the larger bottle without checking the actual selection.

Dividing $18.99 by 66 gives about $0.29 per labeled facts serving before taxes or shipping. Dividing by 200 gives about $0.095 per capsule. Both describe the same advertised bottle from different angles. Neither is a delivered cost or evidence that one capsule constitutes an appropriate daily amount.

The NOW review records that the manufacturer’s usage directions involve more than one daily administration. That is why renaming 66 facts servings as 66 days would be misleading. A cost-per-day calculation needs an applicable schedule, which this publication does not select for the reader.

Count and serving arithmetic can leave leftovers

A facts serving may contain two, three or another number of capsules. Bottle count divided by that number describes a quantity of facts servings, but manufacturers may print a rounded whole-serving count. NOW lists 66 servings for 200 capsules with three per serving; a neat label count need not imply every capsule divides evenly.

For Solgar, 200 capsules divided by the two-capsule facts serving gives 100 such servings arithmetically. That calculation does not establish a retail price, a personal supply period or a reason to use the product for that length of time. The serving-size guide explains the difference between a package denominator and an individual routine.

Do not build cost per gram from the wrong line

A cost-per-fiber-gram calculation requires a verified dietary fiber amount. Full House’s 1,525mg proprietary blend cannot fill that role. Metamucil’s retrieved soluble-fiber statement cannot automatically become total dietary fiber, particularly while the complete facts panel remains insufficiently legible in the image.

The blend-weight guide explains those category limits. A spreadsheet can divide any two numbers, but its ability to do so does not establish that the labels support the comparison. Leaving a quotient unavailable is preferable to calling ingredient mass dietary fiber just to complete the table.

Read the next charge as carefully as the first

Where a seller offers recurring delivery, record the selected interval, future price, notice requirements and cancellation method shown for that order. A first-order discount may not repeat. A lower price can also depend on a particular quantity or commitment. These are questions to resolve at the seller; no recurring terms are assumed here for a product whose checkout was not inspected.

Before confirming an order, review the total amount and authorization language. Saving a copy of the selected terms can help distinguish what was offered from a later changed webpage. Do not rely on this dated guide as a permanent quotation or as evidence that an item remains in stock.

Price cannot answer the health question

A cheaper serving is not necessarily suitable for a person with swallowing difficulty, a relevant allergy, fluid restrictions or medicine interactions. A larger bottle does not prove better results. FDA’s consumer supplement information encourages informed discussion with a health professional before purchase or use.

Use the four-product shortlist to organize the records, then resolve the missing product and order details that matter to you. CoreAge’s first placement is sponsored. It does not turn a starting price into a guaranteed invoice or establish that paying for a supplement is the right next step.
